Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting sales activities, such as prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Real Estate Salesperson will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Marketing and Real Estate Sales skills with a minimum of 6 months experience for junior. 
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• At least 6 months experience in the field. 

Compensation 

• 9,500.00 + commission
