Responsibilities: 

 • Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of training programs and course schedules. 

 • Work closely with instructors and trainees to ensure smooth and effective training sessions. 

• Promote training programs and conduct student registration and customer engagement. 

• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification tracking. 

• Coordinate training logistics, materials, and classroom setup. 

• Collect feedback to evaluate and improve training effectiveness. 

• Support marketing activities to increase visibility and student enrollment. 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. 

• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements as needed. 

 • Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents, reports, and presentations. 

• Maintain files and records in accordance with company protocols and privacy standards. 

• Support budget tracking, processing invoices, and liaising with vendors.

• Coordinate communications across departments, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and deadlines. 

• Assist with planning internal events, training sessions, and staff meetings.

Qualifications: 

• Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. 

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or technical organization. 

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management and scheduling software.  

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
