Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate) creates and manages online campaigns (SEO, social, email, paid ads) to promote properties, generate leads, and boost brand visibility, working with agents to align strategies with sales goals, analyzing performance with tools like Google Analytics/Amplitude, managing budgets, and staying current with real estate tech trends to drive property sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (PPC, Social Media, Email, SEO) for specific properties or developments.
Content Creation: Curate and create engaging digital assets like property listings, social posts, infographics, and video content.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, A/B test, and provide actionable insights for improvement using analytics tools.
Website & Platform Management: Maintain and update property listings on websites, portals, and social media channels.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, driving conversions for sales teams.
Market Research: Analyze real estate market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with agents, sales teams, and potentially vendors/agencies.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively.

Degree: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field provides a strong base.
A minimum of 5 years experience
Proficiency in paid social (Meta, TikTok), search engines (Google Ads), SEO, email marketing.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude).
Strong understanding of real estate marketing best practices and CRM systems.
Content creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies (AI, virtual tours)
