Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to lead our diaspora mobilization efforts and manage our digital presence. This role also includes providing essential IT support to staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage and mobilize diaspora communities.

• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Design and execute digital advertising campaigns to promote our initiatives and events.

• Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and maintaining office tech systems.

• Create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, including diaspora networks.

• Monitor analytics and generate reports to assess the impact of digital outreach efforts.

Location: Addis Ababa/Megenagnm 

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management and diaspora engagement.

• Strong IT troubleshooting and support skills (hardware, software, basic networking).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
