Job Description 

KKGW General Import and Export is looking for Junior Electrical Assembly Technician.

Electrical Assembly Technician is responsible for constructing, assembling, installing, and maintaining electrical components, circuits, system and equipment’s in accordance with blueprints, manuals, standards and other specifications by using tools and machinery to ensure precise and accurate assembly, in the production process. Provides technical expertise for assembly process and electrical maintenance on equipment’s by carrying out maintenance types using electrical, control system or electrical skill set to ensure that assembly and maintenances aligns with the necessary standards.

              Position: Junior Electrical Assembly Technician

              Reports to: Production and Technical Supervisor

              Place of work: Addis Ababa/Jackros

              Employment Type: Permanent

              Number of employee required: 6

              Salary:  Negotiable/Based on company scale

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble and install electrical components and systems, including machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Follow standards, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
• RCA for problems, troubleshoot electrical issues, perform repairs and keep accurate records of work performed.
• Carryout required maintenance types on equipment and systems.
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following GMP, safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work with team members and other departments as needed to ensure that assembly priorities such as: safety, quality, production, and delivery, are fulfilled.Common Requirements 

• Education: Industrial electrical and electronics control technology, Electrical automation and control technology, Electrical/Electronic equipment servicing and related fields with COC level 3 and above. /BSc degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering/.
• Experience: 0 Year
• Skills: Reading schematics and blueprints, using various power and hand tools, Problem-Solving and troubleshooting/repair procedures, teamwork and communication.
• Knowledge: Electrical knowledge,   fundamentals, assembly techniques.
