Job Title: Tender Head

• BSC and above in Marketing management with more than 3 years’ experience out of which 1 years in Tender Head position. 

• Manage and oversee the entire tendering process from bid identification to submission.

• Develop tendering strategies to secure high-value requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

• Lead and mentor a team of tendering professionals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tendering submission.

• Review and approve final tender documents.

• Monitor the market and identify potential bidding opportunities.

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on activities and outcomes.
