Job Title: Aftersales Manager / Garage Manager

• BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in automotive aftersales management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, services, and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty and service policies.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
