We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced female Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operation
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Handle project-based accounting for construction projects
• Monitor project costs, payments, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with management on financial planning and cost control
• Manage import-related financial documentation and payments

Sector: Construction (Import Experience Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Net Salary: ETB 20,000

Work Location: Garad Mall, Addis Ababa

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Minimum of 6 years proven experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in the construction sector
• Additional experience in the import sector is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting
• Good understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
