Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Dollar application process from bank ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.  
• Invoice management from tax office ensuring compliance with regulation.  
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Check and review contract to ensure all terms are met and aligned with the company policy.
• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform profit analyses to assess financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare and submit tax payment reports to the tax office, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
