Position Title: Finance Intern

Employment Type: Internship ( 3 - 6 months)

Job Purpose:
The Finance Intern will support the Finance team with data analysis, reporting, and financial recording and documenting support. This role offers hands-on exposure to core finance operations and an opportunity to build strong analytical and business finance foundations within Heineken Ethiopia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, recording, and documenting.
• Work with trackers for different financial activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data through checks and reviews.
• Support preparation of presentations and financial summaries for meetings.
• Translate financial data into simple, clear insights.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance

Experience

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Curious about data analysis 
• Good communication and presentation (MS PowerPoint) skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools such as Power BI or Power Query.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a team environment.
