We are expanding our sales team and seeking highly motivated Sales Officers—a mix of energetic young talent and experienced sales professionals—to join our fast-growing elevator engineering company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead generation: Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels
Sales pitching: Present company products and services clearly and effectively to clients
Field sales: Conduct site visits, meet prospective clients, and follow up consistently
Coordinating Client Office Visits for Technical Presentations: Schedule and bring potential clients to the office for professional product presentations and demonstrations
Marketing activities: Support promotional campaigns, attend events, engage with potential customers, and represent the company professionally
Client relationship management: Maintain ongoing communication, understand client needs, and provide timely feedback
Sales reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports and update the team on sales activities
Target achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Market research: Actively collect market information, competitor insights, and customer needs to support strategic decisions
After-sales support coordination: Ensure proper handover to technical teams and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year proven sales experience with closed deals
