Major Responsibilities:

• Oversees the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of a hotel’s physical infrastructure, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities (guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house) to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted.
• Supervise and train staffs by scheduling, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide guidance on proper maintenance procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• L IV completed in electrical or mechanical or related fields.
• Three years and above experience in hotel.
