KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Officer will be responsible for actively promoting, selling, and closing TradeEthiopia Group’s products, services, and trainings.

Sales & Calling Make daily outbound sales calls to potential customers Receive and respond to incoming inquiries professionally Explain TradeEthiopia services clearly and confidently Convert leads into paying customers
Prospecting & Database Management Identify and organize prospect databases (job seekers, trainees, businesses) Collect customer data from calls, social media, events, and referrals Update and manage leads using provided formats/tools Follow up on prospects consistently until closure
Promotion & Content Creation Design basic promotional materials using: Canva Photoshop or similar tools (basic level acceptable) Customize posters, flyers, and social media creatives for sales campaigns Assist marketing team with sales-focused visuals
Follow-Up & Deal Closing Conduct structured follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and social media Negotiate within approved pricing and packages Close sales and confirm payments Maintain professional customer relationships after sale
Product, Service & Training Sales Actively sell: Trainings (TESBINN) Job services (ENISRA) Local & international B2B packages Media, expo, consultancy, and other TradeEthiopia services
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Report performance regularly to Sales Manager
Personal Promotion & Brand Representation Willing to promote TradeEthiopia products and services personally Participate in: Photo shoots Short promotional videos Testimonials and campaign content Appear in social media content when required (professional & respectful)
Teamwork & Discipline Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and briefings Follow company sales processes and ethics
