Position: Business Development & Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of managed properties
• Lead property handover (move-in & move-out)
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Handle tenant relations and issue resolution
• Source new property management clients and support business growth
• Prepare operational and owner reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in property management or real estate operations
• Hands-on experience with tenant relations, inspections, and reporting
