Responsible for the market promotion and sales of the company’s cultural paper products, including but not limited to:Double A Paper / Woodfree Paper / Book & Publication Paper / Textbook Paper, etc.
Develop and maintain customer resources, including:Printing factoriesTextbook publishing institutionsGovernment procurement agenciesDistributors / Wholesalers
Responsible for customer visits, product presentations, price negotiations, order follow-up, and payment collection management.
Collect and analyze market information (pricing, competitors, demand changes), and submit regular market feedback reports.
Assist the company in establishing and improving regional distribution channels and long-term cooperative relationships.

College diploma or above; majors in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Papermaking, Printing, or related fields are preferred.
work experience
1-3years or more of B2B sales experience in papermaking, printing, packaging, or distribution is preferred;Familiarity with MERKATO / PIASSA and the cultural paper market or printing industry is preferred.
Skill Requirements Strong market development and customer acquisition capabilities;Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management abilities;Ability to independently complete sales tasks with a strong result-oriented mindset
.Language & Communication Proficient in English for business communication (essential for the Ethiopian market);Proficiency in Amharic / Oromo is preferred.Other Requirements Able to adapt to frequent external customer visits;Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and good professional ethics.Must own a smart phone to support daily work communication and reporting.
Candidates with their own vehicle are preferred.
Salary & Benefits Salary structure: Base salary + Market allowance + Performance bonus.
