• Lead, structure, and plan the management of a pre-filled syringe manufacturing business unit to achieve company goals for product quality, on-time delivery, effective inventory management and manufacturing profit and productivity
• Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and regularly review operations to ensure that required standards and recommended changes where necessary.
• Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance, analyzing financial data, and preparing budgets to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Follow up sales and revenue performance of organization

1. Improve production processes constantly by integrating and enhancing automation of process steps.
2. Accountable for manufacturing cost of products via critical links to purchasing and supply chain teams to optimize the regions’ asset and tolling capability.
3. The Manufacturing Digitization of high value parts, plant, processes, operations, and assembly of products and standard components for major programs
4. Continued development and maturity of Product Lifecycle Management with core Manufacturing information, data, and connections.
5. Accountable for the overall financial performance of the Site, focusing on revenue recognition, cost management, working capital management, and cash flow objectives

Consistently demonstrates Role Model Leadership, and assists the Human Resources function in developing and executing sound HR programs that drive workforce

  Bachelor's Degree is Required in Business Administration/Management; Economics, Accounting and Finance OR Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) OR Operations Management/Supply Chain Management
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics or Finance)
• Able to demonstrate technical proficiency, creativity, and thought independency when suggesting new methods
• Able to collaborate with others
• Strong     technical    background    in     Formulation    and               Process Development for all chemical process and product out put
• Skilled in achieving results and managing others to achieve corporate, site, and departmental objectives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

• Lean Manufacturing Certification: Demonstrates expertise in lean principles and methodologies.
• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt): Indicates proficiency in process improvement and data analysis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP): Shows competence in project management. may be preferred
• 10-12 years of experience Typically, a minimum of 6 years in Relevant manufacturing operations is required
