• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion of agricultural projects.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform business development strategies.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare and submit proposals for funding and partnerships to support farm initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and best practices.
