Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems

Build quality processes covering IQC,OQC, and field return analysis.
Establish torque control standards, mechanical fitment criteria, IR/OCV acceptance limits, and traceability rules.
Own NCR process, deviation management, CAPA, and audit readiness.

Testing & Validation

Approve cell/pack testing methods: IR, OCV delta, capacity cycling, insulation tests, leakage checks.
Oversee qualification of new packs, suppliers, firmware, and manufacturing processes.

Team Management

Lead L3/L2 quality staff, ensure proper training in inspection, defect classification, documentation, and basic testing.
Coordinate with service teams for field issue monitoring and structured feedback.

Requirements

Engineering degree with 5–8 years in quality (battery/automotive/electronics).
Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, RCA, and statistical quality tools.
