As part of our commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our factory operations.

Job Summary: The Operations Manager – Factory Operations will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all production-related activities within the company’s manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient resource utilization, high-quality output, cost-effective production, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all factory operations including production planning, process control, quality assurance, inventory management, and staff supervision.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.

• Coordinate production schedules in line with demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels.

• Optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, machines) to achieve cost and time efficiency.

• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

• Manage factory workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the HR department.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations across the value chain.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in factory/manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience in production planning, resource management, and process improvement.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills.
