The Sales Representative at Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing Plc plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the Sales sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new customers in local and international markets.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international company.
• Experience in selling materials or products outside of Ethiopia is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in construction sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Chinese) is an advantage.
