1. Job Summary
   We are hiring 12 Sales & Marketing Officers to promote and sell our cloud-based School Management Software.
   This role requires a strong combination of door-to-door (field) sales and digital/social media marketing, targeting private schools across Addis Ababa and other regions.
   The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable meeting school owners, principals, and administrators in person.
2. Key Responsibilities
    Conduct door-to-door / field sales visits to schools (principals, owners, administrators)
    Promote and sell the company’s software solutions
    Identify, approach, and engage potential school clients
    Present product demos and close sales deals
    Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
    Follow up with leads and existing prospects
    Create, post, and promote content on social media platforms
    Record short promotional videos and publish them online
    Collect market feedback from schools and report to management

1. Requirements
    Diploma or First Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields
    Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing (field sales experience is an advantage)
    Strong communication skills (English required; Amharic is a must)
    Comfortable with door-to-door / field sales work
    Willing to travel within and outside Addis Ababa when required
    Active and confident on social media platforms
    Willing to record herself/himself for promotional content
    Basic IT knowledge (software/products)
    Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
