Company Overview: New Flower General Trading PLC is a dynamic and growth-oriented company engaged in, Foam production, Vehicles Assembly, Dry and Liquid land transportation, coffee cleaning and warehousing and international trade of import and export. As part of our commitment to operational excellence in our coffee cleaning and warehousing facilities, we are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Junior Electrician to join our team.
Position Summary: The Junior Electrician will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery, particularly those used in coffee cleaning, and warehouse facilities. This role requires a hands-on technician with a focus on operational reliability, safety, and timely response to equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in coffee cleaning and warehousing areas.
- Support installation and wiring of machinery, lighting, and control panels in compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support the smooth operation of electrical machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify electrical faults or potential risks, report issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure minimum downtime of machines and optimal operation during peak processing seasons.
- Ensure adherence to all electrical and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Level III or Level IV Certificate in Electrical Installation or related technical field from a recognized TVET institute.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing (experience in coffee processing facilities is a plus).
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and motor operation.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and commitment to safety.
