Role Overview:


The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across department
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and liaise with different teams to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as neede
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to improve staff performance.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with operational software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.   
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeano
  • Well-groomed and professionally presente
  • English and/or French is advantage
  • Leadership experience and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
