We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer and results-driven Project Manager and Junior Store Keeper; 

Key Responsibilities        

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with approved objectives and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Approve project expenditures within delegated authority and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers in line with contractual terms and company procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, senior management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare accurate project reports for management review.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and local laws.
• Enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
   

    Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage
