Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the Group’s HR function. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategy, policies, systems, and governance frameworks while acting as a key partner to senior management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure, and job architecture
• Lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning
• Establish and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and evaluations
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian labor law and regulatory requirements
• Lead compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
• Build and mentor the HR team, ensuring operational excellence
• Advise executive leadership on people strategy, culture, and change management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or professional HR certifications are highly preferred
• Minimum 4-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in manufacturing or multi-sector organizations
• Deep knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
• Proven experience building HR systems and structures from the ground up
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
