Shining Stone International Business Plc is GC-1 private Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Specialized Foundation and Road Marking.

Main Responsibility & Duties

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper cash flow management.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Ensure tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.

Educational Qualification: - MSc/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance and other Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: - 4/6 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Senior positions.

Technical Competency

Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry
Professional certification IFRS, Peachtree Accounting and Tax Accountant
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
