Purpose of the Role
- To design, manage, secure, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity, high availability, and proactive monitoring of network and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
- Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, RIP).
- Configure and manage VPN tunnels (site-to-site and remote access).
- Manage IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation.
- Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls and security policies.
- Implement and operate SOC stack monitoring and security tools.
- Perform network performance monitoring and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.
Required Technical Skills & Tools
- Routing & switching (Cisco, MikroTik, FortiGate, or similar)
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
- VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN)
- Firewall configuration and management
- SOC stack tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, log monitoring)
- Network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)

Minimum Education Qualification
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
- Network administration and security
- Firewall and VPN configuration
- SOC monitoring and network troubleshooting
Certifications (if any)
- CCNA / CCNP (preferred)
- Network Security or Firewall-related certifications (advantage)
