Job Purpose

G to G IT Solution Share Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager with strong accounting expertise and proven managerial experience to lead the company’s financial operations, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Management & Leadership

• Lead and manage the Finance Department and finance staff.
• Plan, organize, and control the company’s financial operations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to management.
• Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance.acc

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise general ledger, payroll, tax, and statutory reporting activities.
• Review and approve financial transactions and reconciliations.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and control operational costs.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and statutory bodies.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and liquidity position.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and audit readiness.

Reports To: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).

Professional Certification

• ACCA, CPA, CMA, IFRS or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory finance role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong accounting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
