Job Title: Digital Marketing & web administrator 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

The Digital Marketing & Web Administrator is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s digital marketing activities and maintaining the company website. The role supports the promotion of machinery and vehicle products, spare parts, and after-sales services through online platforms to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote machinery, vehicles, spare parts, and service offerings.

• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Plan, create, and publish marketing content (posts, banners, videos, brochures, and campaigns).

• Run and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).

• Generate and track leads from digital platforms and share reports with the sales team.

• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis in the automotive and machinery sector.

• Coordinate with sales and after-sales teams to promote ongoing offers, service campaigns, and product launches.

2. Website Administration

• Maintain and regularly update the company website with product information, service details, news, and announcements.
• Upload and manage machinery and vehicle specifications, images, brochures, and pricing (where applicable).
• Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and timely updates.
• Coordinate with IT or external vendors for website improvements, hosting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor website performance (traffic, inquiries, downloads) and prepare reports.

3. Content & Branding

• Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding and communication guidelines.
• Prepare simple marketing materials for digital use (flyers, catalogs, service notices).
• Support internal departments with digital communication needs.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly digital marketing and website performance reports.
• Maintain records of campaigns, leads, and digital assets.
• Provide recommendations for improving digital reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of experience in digital marketing and website administration. Experience in automotive, machinery, industrial, or technical product marketing is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Basic website management skills (CMS, content updates).
• Ability to create and edit digital content.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
