Job Description

A diversified business group operating across agriculture, manufacturing, consumer goods, and commerce is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, manufacturing cost control, taxation, audit, risk management, ERP/financial systems, and investment decision-making. The position plays a critical role in driving profitability, liquidity, compliance, and value creation across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive management team.

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance management.

• Oversee manufacturing cost control, product costing, margin analysis, and pricing support.

• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and trade finance.

• Lead corporate finance initiatives including feasibility studies, valuations, and investment analysis.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee audits, internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention frameworks.

• Provide executive ownership of ERP and financial systems, ensuring data integrity and automation.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education

• MA / MBA in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a strong advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in senior financial leadership roles.

• Strong background in manufacturing, trading, and export-oriented businesses.

• Proven experience in corporate finance, cost management, and working capital optimization.

• Solid understanding of ERP and financial systems.
