We are seeking a full-time Senior Coffee Planting Manager to join our team in Addis Ababa, Jimma, Hawassa, Ethiopia. This job contributes to Cotti Coffee success by developing and managing coffee planting programs in the local origin that support sustainable high-quality coffee production and ensure the continuing availability of supply to meet our business needs. The responsibilities of this on-site role include overseeing and managing coffee plantation activities, ensuring the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices, and maintaining high-quality standards in coffee production. The role will require close collaboration with local farmers, suppliers, and team members to enhance productivity and maintain product excellence. You will also be involved in training staff, monitoring supply chain processes, and exploring ways to innovate within the coffee cultivation process.

• Strong experience in agricultural management, plantation operations, and sustainable farming practices, preferred on coffee sector.
• Detailed knowledge of coffee breeding, cultivation, processing.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain management and quality assurance practices.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and partners effectively.
• At least bachelor degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field master degree and PhD would be preferred. 
• Experience working in coffee farming regions or with international agricultural certifications is a significant advantage.
• Accept to travel based on company's requirement.
• English/Chinese proficiency.
