Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation- wishes to invite applicants with the following qualification and experience for Jigjiga Boarding School Construction Project:

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimation for all construction activities before the start of their construction and compares these costs with the as-built construction costs. 

• Prepare bill of quantities.

• Supervises boarding school constructions…

• Certifies contract payments.

• Prepare take off sheets.

Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in construction sites. 

Skills: 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong sense of integrity and personal commitment to the goals and values of MfM

• Excellent computer literacy, record keeping and report writing                                

Language: A good command of spoken & written English 

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
