Job Purpose

This role is responsible for developing, preparing, and implementing the strategic plans and driving business process improvement and change management across the Bank to ensure that the corporate strategy is well cascaded while tracking the overall performance of the organization and inter- departmental synergies and map against strategic goals to determine areas of improvement

Major duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead the annual budget planning and preparation process by issuing budget call circulars to all work units, coordinating revenue and expenditure projections, consolidating departmental submissions, facilitating budget hearings, and preparing the final adjusted budget for management and governing body approval.

  • Coordinate the annual cascading of the corporate strategy into divisional, departmental, and unit-level plans to ensure alignment with and achievement of overall organizational strategic objectives.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor the rollout of strategic initiatives in line with executive management priorities by assigning ownership, tracking implementation progress, and reporting on performance and delivery milestones

  • Monitor and support the strategy implementation across the Bank by ensuring that the corporate strategy is well cascaded.

  • Create and implement change management strategies and drive change management agenda 

Education:

Masters'/MBA/M.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Experience:

At least 6 years’ relevant experience with 3 years as division Manager or equivalent

OR

Education: 

Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Experience:

At least 8 years’ relevant experience with 3 years as division Manager or equivalent
