The German Leprosy and Tuberculosis Relief Association (GLRA) invite qualified and certified audit firms to submit bids for the auditing of its accounts for the 2025 Financial Year. 

Scope of Work 

• Entity: GLRA Ethiopian Projects 
• Number of Reports: 2 (Two) 

Submission Requirements 

Interested firms must provide the following documents and information: 

1. Renewed Auditing Business License for the current year. 
2. Renewed Auditing Business Registration Certificate (2018 E.C. / 2025-26 G.C.). 
3. Professional Certification: Valid certification from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) and ACCA/CPA credentials. 
4. Taxpayer Registration Certificate (TIN Certificate). 
5. Company & Staff Profile: Detailed profiles of the firm and the specific personnel assigned to this audit. 
6. Work Plan & Timeline: A clear schedule for completing the audit and submitting the final report. 
7. Financial Proposal: Total audit fee, clearly stating amounts before and after VAT. 
8. Experience: Evidence of previous practical experience in similar NGO or relief association audits. 
9. Tax Clearance: Official clearance showing all taxes for the most recent year have been paid.
