As the Head of Corporate Planning and Monitoring Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the company's strategic direction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of strategic and operational planning, from collaborative development to rigorous monitoring and evaluation. Your leadership will ensure alignment across all departments, driving efficiency and achieving key organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic plan through a collaborative, bottom-up approach. Facilitate engaging discussions and secure necessary approvals.

  • Operational Excellence: Translate the overarching strategic plan into actionable tactical and operational plans, ensuring clear objectives and measurable targets for all departments.

  • Performance Management Framework: Establish and maintain a robust reporting system to effectively track, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of strategic and operational plans, providing timely insights to management.

  • Proactive Risk Management: Continuously monitor the internal and external environment for potential contingencies, proposing strategic adjustments and revisions to plans as needed.

  • Financial Collaboration: Partner closely with the Finance department in the preparation of the company's budget, providing critical input and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Insightful Reporting: Lead the compilation and consolidation of performance reports from various work units, conducting thorough variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team within the Service, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.

  • Annual Planning and Budgeting: Coordinate the development of the Service's annual work plans and budgetary requirements, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance planning and monitoring processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with all departments to ensure seamless integration of planning and monitoring activities.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Financial Literacy: A solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial alignment with strategic goals.

  • Option 1: Master's degree from a recognized university in Economics, Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years of progressive related work experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or senior expert role.

  • Option 2: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college in Economics, Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive related work experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or senior expert role.
