We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinate and schedule delivery of food and beverages to user on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of food and beverages to user on time.
• Plan and Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor delivery operation, track shipment and address any issues.
• Communicate effectively with drivers  to provide necessary instructions 
• Evaluate and improve logistics process to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor driver’s performance, productivity and identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor delivery dispatch hub dash board to ensure proper delivery.
• Conduct light vehicle maintenance for EV-bikes
• Checking motor bikes basic functionality and properly charged.

Qualification: Diploma or level 3 and above in Auto mechanics, Auto Electricity, management or related fields.

• Fleet tracking software skill
• Communication skill
• Computer skill

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 2 years and above in fleet coordinator, mechanics or related.
