Support employee healthcare and wellbeing in the company by receiving, testing, and analyzing specimens in the laboratory, and report on the findings.
- Receive samples in the laboratory and perform proper labelling and logging, Track samples in the laboratory, Perform the required laboratory tests according to SOPs, Follow the correct protocols / SOPs for handling, processing, and storing of samples,
- Ensure that equipment is functioning, performing the appropriate checks and logs, check supplies of reagents and disposables and order stocks in a timely, Participate in QMS processes as required by the clinic head and/or employee health manager,
- Ensure personal safety within the laboratory, liaise with other laboratory staff / clinical staff as required, participate in audit / laboratory improvement processes, prepare monthly and annual report.
- Make sure all Laboratory items are calibrated according to the standard,
- Follow up, maintain, and refill reagents and lab equipment’s asper the standard,
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
- The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory and a Professional license from respective Drug food and medicine Authority.
- 5 or 3 years’ respective professional experience in health care service especially hospital.
