The Project Manager at Mullege PLC will oversee projects within the FMCG and Manufacturing sector and Agricultural Sector , ensuring timely and efficient completion. This full-time, This role requires applicants with 3-5 years of experience and with the occasional field work environment . The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project feasibility and performance.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address and overcome challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams towards common goals.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in projects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
