Acting on behalf of AIG Investment Group, we are seeking committed and highly qualified professionals to join its leadership team in the following positions:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement export strategies and explore new markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and trade partners.

• Align export operations with national trade policies and global market trends.

Operational Excellence

• Manage end-to-end export operations: sourcing, logistics, shipment, and delivery.

• Handle export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping logistics.

• Oversee payments, credit collections, banking logistics, and foreign exchange.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

• Identify new export opportunities, negotiate contracts, and represent AGI at trade fairs.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian export laws, WTO regulations, and Incoterms.

• Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

• Monitor trade risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Technology & Innovation

• Utilize ERP and export documentation software to streamline operations.

• Analyze export data to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in International Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Economics; Master’s/MBA preferred.

• Certifications: Export/import regulations, customs compliance, trade finance (advantage).

• Experience: 5–7 years in export management, logistics, or international sales.

• Skills: Global trade laws, Ethiopian export regulations, negotiation, contract management, ERP proficiency.

• Attributes: Strategic thinker, problem solver, integrity, adaptability to diverse environments.

• Requirements: Eligible under Ethiopian labor law; willingness to travel locally & internationally.
