Duties and Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners professionally
2. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
3. Provide accurate information regarding company services
4. Manage front desk and reception activities
5. Maintain visitor records and coordinate office communications
6. Support basic administrative and documentation tasks

Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma or BA in Business, Customer Service, Management, or related field
