We're seeking a sharp and proactive Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer I to join our dynamic Corporate Planning and Monitoring Service. You'll be at the heart of our strategic execution, ensuring our plans translate into tangible results and driving continuous improvement.
As a Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer I, you will:
- Collaborate in the creation of our short, medium, and long-term strategic blueprints.
- Design innovative methodologies and frameworks for gathering and interpreting performance data across all work units.
- Dive deep into internal and external data to uncover opportunities and solve critical challenges.
- Contribute to the development of clear directives for action plans and their corresponding budgets.
- Spearhead the organization and consolidation of annual operational and action plans from various business units, aligning them with our overarching strategic vision and resource availability.
- Assist in establishing robust monitoring standards against planned activities and conduct insightful variance analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of consolidating and preparing comprehensive short, medium, and long-term company plans.
- Effectively communicate approved plans and budgets, providing clear guidance for successful implementation.
- Develop cutting-edge methodologies and formats for efficient data collection and analysis of plan execution and achievements.
- Produce timely and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the company's overall performance.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of plan versus actual results for different work units, applying diverse analytical models to address performance-related challenges.
- Present clear and concise variance analysis reports to facilitate crucial discussions and inform subsequent management strategies.
- Proactively monitor and assess the strategic plan's effectiveness and relevance in the face of evolving realities.
- Champion the continuous improvement of our strategic plans by proposing revisions and updates, collaborating with consultants and internal teams to drive these enhancements.
- Embrace a diverse range of planning, monitoring, and evaluation tasks as needed, contributing your expertise wherever it's required.
- Option 1: A Master's degree from a recognized university in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Automotive or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Option 2: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
