Duties and Responsibilities

• Record and post financial transactions accurately.

• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers.

• Prepare receipts, payments, journals, and accounting documents.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Assist monthly and annual financial closing.

• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents.

• Assist tax preparation and statutory reporting.

• Maintain proper financial records and files.

• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory.

• Basic computer skills are mandatory
