Job Summary

Bold Design, an interior design and architectural consultancy company is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed 2D drawings, and producing high-quality 3D visualizations, animations, and video walkthroughs. The role requires strong technical and creative abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to transform design ideas into clear and compelling presentation materials.

Position Details

• Position: Architect
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM.
• Salary: Negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design ideas in line with project requirements.
• Prepare and present concept designs and architectural proposals.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations.
• Create 3D animations and video walkthroughs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D architectural drawings.
• Translate design ideas into clear, professional, and visually appealing presentation materials.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and accuracy throughout the design process.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members throughout project development.
• Contribute to collaborative design processes and support the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical and visualization skills.
• Excellent 3D rendering and visualization abilities.
• Experience in 3D animation and video walkthrough production.
• Ability to produce accurate and detailed 2D architectural drawings.
