About Lyte

Lyte is a fast-growing hydration brand on a mission to build one of the country's most loved consumer brands. We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and increase brand awareness across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Lyte's overall marketing and brand strategy.

• Manage all digital creation activities.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, radio, PR, outdoor, and in-store channels.

• Build relationships with influencers, media, retailers, and strategic partners.

• Plan and manage events, activations, sponsorships, product sampling, and other BTL marketing activities.

• Drive brand positioning, community engagement, and consumer awareness.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve product visibility, merchandising, and retail execution.

• Track marketing performance and continuously identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.

• Experience managing agencies, campaigns, events, and marketing projects.

• Strong communication, networking, and project management skills.

• Creative, proactive, and passionate about building brands.
