Job Description

A Cameraman and Video Editor handles the full video production lifecycle, combining on-set filming with post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Camera Work (Production):

  Advertisement

• Operate video cameras, smartphones, and stabilization gear for field or studio shoots.

• Set up lighting, external microphones, and audio recorders (such as lavalier mics).

• Plan shots, conduct interviews, capture B-roll, and manage compositions in real time.

• Video Editing (Post-Production):

• Import, organize, and assemble raw footage into a cohesive timeline.

• Perform color correction, color grading, sound mixing, and audio cleanup.

• Add visual transitions, motion graphics, captions, subtitles, and text overlays.

• Platform Optimization:

• Tailor content formats and fast-paced vertical hooks for channels like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and corporate marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Software

• Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of exposure, shutter speed, frame rates, lighting setups, and multi-track audio recording.

• Creative & Soft Skills: Visual storytelling, attention to detail, deadline management, and the ability to collaborate with marketing or creative teams.
