Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and make authorized cash payments.
Prepare cash receipts and payment documents.
Maintain accurate cash records.
Perform daily cash reconciliation.
Manage petty cash according to approved procedures.
Deposit collections into the company bank account as instructed.
Safeguard cash and financial documents.
Prepare daily cash reports.
Coordinate with accounting and finance.
Report cash shortages, excesses, or irregularities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or related field.
