Main Duties
Receive and disburse company cash in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintain cashbook and petty-cash records.
Prepare daily cash collection and payment reports.
Deposit collections into company bank accounts.
Perform daily cash reconciliation.
Prepare payment and receipt documents.
Support the Finance and Administration Manager in financial record keeping.
Safeguard company cash and maintain proper supporting documents.
Required Skills
Strong numerical and accounting skills.
Computer literacy and accounting software knowledge.
Accuracy, honesty, integrity, and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
