Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our dining and café team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing international cuisines, particularly Indian and Pakistani dishes, as well as other cultural foods. The Chef will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of international and cultural dishes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines (preferably Indian & Pakistani dishes) & Cultural foods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about cooking.
