Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Food Preparation, Food Sciences or with related field of study

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience

• Quantity Required: 1

• Gross Salary: 30,948.28 ETB

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to menu and recipes.

• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

• Manage and properly store kitchen ingredients and supplies.

• Monitor food stock, minimize waste, and control costs.

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.

• Maintain and safely use kitchen equipment.

• Follow customer dietary requirements and special requests.
