Currently, Horra Corporate Group business portfolio includes coffee and oil seeds export, coffee plantation, automotive assembly, import and distribution, propylene technology manufacturing, technology, real estate development and transit and forwarding. Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by the CEO, Mr. Adm Kedir, and by qualified and experienced professionals, with 550 permanent staff members and 800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business units.
Job Purpose
The CKD Inventory Clerk is responsible for receiving, recording, storing, organizing, and issuing CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts and materials. The position ensures accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and timely availability of materials for production and other authorized requirements.
Receive CKD parts and materials and verify quantities against relevant documents.
Record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
Monitor stock balances and report shortages, excess stock, damaged, or missing items.
Assist in regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Investigate and report differences between physical stock and system records.
Properly arrange and store CKD parts and materials in designated locations.
Ensure materials are protected from damage, loss, and deterioration.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store/warehouse.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA Accounting Automotive, Technology & Supply Management or diploma in related field from recognized University College
Diploma in a related field from a recognized college/institution.
1-2 Years work Experience in store management Computer Knowledge is essential
